  December 25, 2020 - Recent risky purchase of a re-coked wine, but wanted to be able to experience an older St Emilion wine at an affordable price. I knew not to expect much, but pleasantly surprised. Light orange burnt tint rimmed the outer glass. Little aroma, but after 1hr of being open, surprisingly the wine tasted lively with very mild red fruit with a lot of leather. Thin, but fairly long one dimensional finish.Thought there might be more earth flavors, but if actually complemented some aged gouda and other hard cheeses.
