  January 1, 2021 - Still young and starts with a compacted black cherry/blueberry, violet bush, pepper steak, evaporated rain type atmosphere. After 5 hours it blossomed in to an intense crushed violet perfume, cranberry fruit with a licorice root accent, and some enoki mushroom freshly sprouted from damp soil. Faint bubblegum as it softens further. Minute long finish. Still some cedar-y, faintly vanilla-y oak present but pleasant. Gorgeous and lives up to its reputation.
