  1/3/21, 8:41 PM - This is a “late harvest” wine that is intended for after dinner or with dessert. The late harvest brings high ripeness and high sugar, not all of which is fermented to alcohol. So it will be high in alcohol and sweet with residual sugar. Best with a rich chocolatey dessert or with a ripe Stilton and walnuts. Will not be much fun to drink in a lot of other circumstances. Also needs a lot of cellaring, still a relative baby, given the style IMO.
