  January 3, 2021 - Decent but not great brunello, should definitely be drunk with food that can balance the high acid and savoury flavours.
  
  Medium depth, surprising garnet color that makes it look much older than it is
  
  Modest, savoury nose that doesn’t scream Brunello. Some unripe dark cherries, mint, asparagus and a little oak
  
  High acid and medium plus tannins, mainly on the tongue. Medium plus body and length, but not a ton of flavour - seems more like a chianti than a brunello to me with the sharper cherry flavours. Definitely a bit more soft oak to taste which does a good job of balancing the asparagus and herbs.
