  January 5, 2021 - The nose is very floral, like orange blossom, with a more savory olive like note too. On the palate M acid, M- or lighter body, with a perfumed orange blossom/jasmine character and some mineral. Oddly an almost passionfruit finish? This has a light, fresh, floral style that belies the warm region it comes from. It’s really tasty and fairly distinctive, and pretty good value. I would drink this young; good now and maybe some life left but I don’t see it improving.
