  January 17, 2021 - Definitely bigger than most sake that I’ve had recently, can tell the brewer didn’t polish the rice down to daiginjo levels. I think that’s what gave this more texture and it begs for something bigger than sushi. I also detected a slight sweetness to this, very easy to drink. Not a great QPR, I will probably not buy this again at its current price.
