  January 18, 2021 - Very interesting wine here, nose of ripe, stewed plum and black licorice, cedar/oak. Palate mirrored but the cedarwood was prevalent and had a background flavor of woody vanilla bean and leathery earthy tobacco leaf mixed in. Really delicious.
