  January 19, 2021 - What a fabulous wine! Drank over two days, the maintained a light to medium weight on both days with no sign of oxidation on the second. On the nose this had more blossom and peaches than lemon and hay. All the parts were there that made you want to just smell it all night. The pallet had more lemon rind and stone fruits with a touch of minerality. As the wine opened it developed some viscosity and a little oil which paired very well with herb stuffed chicken. I think this will drink well for the next 3-5 years.
