  January 26, 2021 - Very enjoyable wine. Dark (blackberry fruit) with a lot of savory (cured meat) notes and a little bit of minerality. A bit of band aid on the nose, but that dissipated after the first day. Tannins resolved. At/close to peak. I would suggest drinking now.
