  January 29, 2021 - Deep ruby fading gently to the rim. Nose is fruit forward - red fruits, some rhubarb, some florality. Palate is boldly fruity - full flavoured, medium bodied, delicious. Finish is long and gently - lovely beaujolais. Day 2, the finish has developed a cereal note which is a little detracting. The tannins are more dominant - worth drinking up I think.
