  January 30, 2021 - Deep coloured, almost black. Intense, powerful nose, of very ripe cassis, garrigue, tar and ink. Full bodied on the palate, dominated by mature black berries, figs, liquorie, ink, tar, rosemary, tea, roast and forest floor aromas. Impressing density, but choose your food paring wisely to balance this muscle wine. Drink now and over the coming 3 years.
