  February 5, 2021 - After a decade plus rest in the wine cooler, this cabernet proved to be one of the best yet from the small Ramos family winery! Smooth as silk with perfectly integrated oak . Balanced tannins with dark berry fruit, chocolate, cedar, and earthiness subtly underneath all. A bit of cherry and cranberry hints as well. Complex and intriguing.
