February 13, 2021 - First bottle from Rose and Arrow which is a consulting project of Louis Michel Liger Belair and I must say I was impressed; the nose of this had lovely game meat, sanguine notes, with ripe black cherry, black currant, violet following. The palate was very young and had good density, but also nicely balanced acidity and energy. Very good with lots of upside for the next decade. Reminscent of a Chambolle with some new world ripeness.

3/26/21, 4:30 PM - concise and accurate note; I hope to taste Touchstone in late April, wine is in the bottle but OWC design is delaying release. Next great cult wine?
