  February 14, 2021 - The wine was garnet at the core and lighter at the rim. A bit of sediment and high viscosity. It was in good condition and had aromas of chocolate, cranberry, cherry and forest floor. The intensity was medium.
  On the palate tannins were high , acid and alcohol medium . It had an interesting mouth feel but had no bold flavors rather boring at best. It had a sourness and I could not detect any specific flavors except perhaps for some cherry . It had a medium finish. It did taste better when paired with spaghetti and meat balls.
  It might taste better with time but I am not buying any additional bottles.
