  February 16, 2021 - Intensely floral and fruity in the nose, chamomile, dates, grapefruits, pears, nectar, and buttered toasts; layers of fruits on the palate, cherries, lemon peels, rock salt, walnuts, yeasts, and wood spices; long finish; overall, enjoyable enough despite the still noticeable acidity, so 93-94 points at this stage.
