February 19, 2021 - A medium+ bodied Burgundy. Quite high alcohol, resolved tannins. Still some fruit left, but turning mostly into tertiary flavours. Forest floor, mushrooms, cherry. Very good wine, probably at its peak. Can be kept for another 3-4 years without significant degradation.
