February 19, 2021 - The wine was medium yellow at the core and no discernible change at the rim. There was no sediment and the viscosity was med to high. Alcohol was 13.5 %
The aromas were strong grapefruit then lychee and a hint of ginger. The intensity was medium.
On the palate the wine was semi sweet and I tasted grapefruit, apricots and floral noses akin to roses. The acid and tannins were low alcohol was high. The body was low to medium.

2/20/21, 6:12 PM - Sounds super unique! Love warm climate Chards, especially when the weather warms up.

Doesn't sound like they employed much oak here. Thanks!
