  February 22, 2021 - Popped and let air for 30 minutes and enjoyed for 90 minutes. Agree with others: a very modern style. Initial aromas of deep black fruits but very primary. Alcohol upfront, but after 40 to 50 minutes it became a lot more integrated. Certainly not ready to drink now, but also fun to see how this will develop. Will think about drinking this again in the next five or six years.
