  But the second bottle killed it. An acidic dagger through a bowl of cranberries that's oh-so-lively and inviting, with a spritz of citrus lightning. Still so young that there aren't as many savory flavors - but they feel right around the corner. It'll cut through lean turkey as easily as wagyu beef.
