  March 5, 2021 - Beautiful Champagne - I love Vilmart - ages so well.
  
  Pale gold in the glass and a very fine bead - very fresh and vibrant looking.
  
  On the nose lemon, apples, honey, cider, bread a bit of oxidisation (not in a bad way) - very rich but still wonderfully fresh
  
  Very nice mouth weight, soft with a little spike of bubbles. Long and very persistent.
  
  Fully mature from magnum - very good - but time to drink up now no upside.
