  March 6, 2021 - Blossoming flower fields, a little turned soil, cherry pits and cold stone on the nose. Candied cherries, orange peel, licorice, a little ivy on the palate. Young and energetic, a little angular right now. After a few hours of air the angles soften and more moist soil and mushroom qualities emerge. Very good.
