March 6, 2021 - Phenomenal. Best Haut-Bailly I’ve ever had. This is just entering a very long drinking window. I’m thankful I have another 5 bottles in the cellar, and I probably won’t touch the next one for at least 3-5 years. The finish on this beast goes on and on and on - over 60 seconds. Classic palate. I can’t wait to see how this evolves with more time.
