  March 7, 2021 - Roses and sweet clementine on the nose, and a fat dose of lemon lime sprite on both nose and palate. Pleasant sweetness and salinity. Not as bracing with the acidity as I think it needs to balance the flavors of 7-up. On day 2, began to show a longer finish with a nice bitter lemon pith. It reminds me of the baseline Dr L bottling but a smidge more grown up. It’d be a steal at $20, appropriate at $24; but the $28 I paid is a bit too much - won’t be backing up the truck for this one.
