  March 7, 2021 - What I like about this wine is that you would never mistake it for anything other than Bordeaux - 100% Merlot it may be, but this is still a stern, structured wine.
  Oak is still present, so worth giving it some air. Fruit is ripe but restrained, with a seem of strong acidity running through it. There is freshness despite the 14.5% abv.
  Hold for a couple more years I think.
