  March 7, 2021 - My last bottle from this vintage. Just a slight brown hue developing at the edges but this probably could still go another 2 or 3 years. Just a beautiful pinot period, not just for PEC. Easily one of the best wines ever made at this winery. Sour cherry, acidity, minerality, a bit of smoke, present but smooth tannins. Picture perfect PEC terroir. For a pinot lover there is nothing not to like about this.
