  March 9, 2021 - Takes 3 days to really come together, but from the offset this is a powerful, contemplative wine. Needs a decant as there is a lot of sediment. Ends up with the delicate texture of an aged Guiberteau Breze, but with more power and depth. I have drunk a few Gravner wines over the years, and they have not had the complexity and completeness of this wine.
