March 11, 2021 - Wowowowoo! Loving this. Ripe and dense, but classically crisp and saline. Aromas of sweet ripe orange, stone fruits, apple, sea breeze, complex nutty leesy stuff, herbs, white flowers.... Silky and chalky at once, such great texture. Super long for village Chablis, with concentrated fruity, herbal, nutty, spicy layers. So very Chablis despite its ripeness, so very delicious, so very memorable. Awesome stuff. It is open-knit and ready to go, though I could see it getting better for a few years.

3/30/21, 8:23 PM - Great note and after reading it I jumped on the 3 they had at the store. I do not have any experience with this wine. What would you say for a drink window? Thx.
