Mr Coone Likes this wine: 91 points
March 13, 2021 - Didn't take any notes, but my memory is still not that bad, so I remember following from 2 days ago:
Light straw-yellow colour, not very intense (but I also didn't have a good drinking glass).
High intensity in the nose with aroma's of toast, buxus, citrus and grapefruit.
Very intense with a medium acidity on the palate. Same aroma's as in the nose together with some passion fruit and a long finish
Selected this wine with a "papillot" of red bass.
The acidity matched with the cooking style and lime + Sauvignon Blanc I added to the papillot.1 person found this helpful 1,859 views
