  March 17, 2021 - Cellared since release, perfect cork and fill. Dark red to rim. Takes about 90 minutes to open up, showing a really nice nose of cherry, moist earth, garrigue. Some additional leather and floral notes show up after another hour or two. Medium-full body, excellent balance, ripe fruit with a bit of contrasting crisp green, tannins present but not intrusive, medium finish. Excellent. Drinking really well now but not yet showing full maturity. Added complexity expected in another 5-10 years.
