  March 19, 2021 - Bruised apple and popcorn on the nose. On the palate, bright acidity but buttery at the same time. A great mouth feel that coats everything. A really nice golden straw color. Got better as the night went on and the wine came up in temperature. A fantastic value in my opinion at $30. Glad I picked up three bottles. Plan on keeping the other two for several years to see how they evolve in the cellar.
