  January 1, 2009 - This was one of the best white burgs I recently had. Minerality, acidity, fruit was all very well balanced. It's great to drink now and personally I would not keep it much longer although this is certainly possible. However, I would guess it will loose some fruit then which would mean a loss of the perfect balance it has now.
