  March 23, 2021 - This is quite aromatic: rose petals, peach puree, lemon rind. Dry, however fruity upfront with a fresh acidity and a round mouth feel. Green apple and lemon on the mid, along with notes of petrol and minerals. Touch of sweetness on the finish, but it is balanced by the sour fruit and acidity.
