  April 3, 2021 - Aromas and flavours of citrus, green apple. Crisp and clear. These Pinot Blancs (PB) from Baden, together with some other winemakers, are probably the best PGs on the market. Here PBs are given priority in location which is note the case in the neighbouring Alsace. I would compare this with a high quality Chablis (1er/Grand cru) in style rather than other PBs. I am not sure about ageing potential for PB in general, but I would assess that another 5-7 years i cellar would give some additional aspects of the wine, but it drinks well now.
