  April 5, 2021 - This white is amazing. It's bone-dry and complex. There are lovely apricot, walnut, and olive flavors. Olive flavor really stands out as the wine's oily texture gives you the sensation of drinking olive oil (in a good way!). Lighter flint on the finish adds to the complexity.
