  April 7, 2021 - My final bottle from this vintage. This is everything you could ever want from a cool climate chard and it is showing no sign of decline 9 years post vintage. I think this was the best bottle of what I had purchased. Acidity, minerality, buttery, lots of fruit, so well integrated and approachable. Put a Burgundy label on this and it would go for 3-4 times the price.
