  April 11, 2021 - This was delightful with a gourmet pizza. Huge floral and perfume nose, with a herbaceous backend. On the palate, lots of fresh red fruit, and copious amounts of savory herbs. It was like eating mouthfuls of strawberries, sage and basil. Did not expect it to be this good, but definitely a winner. Glad I held it until now for this night.
