  April 6, 2021 - Golden yellow
  Intense notes od cedar wood at nose. Mediterrean shrubs (Thymus, sage), and quartz sand. Yellow flowers.
  Dry, alcoholic.
  Opening very smooth with ripe fruit and wood, but then balanced by a nice refreshing acidity and minerality.
  Long closing on vanilla and balsamic notes.
