  April 8, 2021 - Second bottle of my case, two years after a first test. Nicely evolving and in line with great expectations about this excellent vintage. The nose is opening - fresh fruit and a menthol touch. Medium bodied, well structured, with lots of fresh, concentrated fruit, leather, liquorice, with a herbal and mentholic finish. Just about to enter its drinking window, so don't rush!
