  April 25, 2021 - If you’re looking for ringer in a blind tasting that smells and taste pretty darn close to Tempier rose this is the one. The nose had citrus blossom with orange rind with hints of strawberry behind the blood orange. The first thing that hit me on the pallet was the citrus fruit and red fruits but right behind it was minerality with some viscous salinity that just fills the mouth. This is bone dry if you were comparing the notes from the last vintage. I’m a big fan of this, just wish I was able to procure more than two...and now one. I think this one will benefit with a year.
