  May 1, 2021 - Hydrocarbons and honey on the nose, generous, complex spices in many shapes and forms, tangerines. Citrus fruits on the palate, bone dry, balanced, very long finish that comes back in waves, crushed rocks and all the colours of citrus rolling over the back of the palate. Great. Drinks perfectly now but no hurry. Beautiful, really beautiful.
