  May 2, 2021 - Mid ruby, still looking quite youthful. Sensational black cherry, soil, stem notes. Absolutely screams grand cru nose. Powerful, good ripeness with still a hint of tannic structure even after 21 years. Great balance with perhaps a touch of dryness on the finish but this is just nitpicking as it was by far my favorite in the flight of Clos du Tart 1990 and Bonnefond (Roumier) Ruchotte Chambertin 2000!
