  May 2, 2021 - very pale gold color. immediate perfume of lemon, white stone fruit, wet stones. reduction wasnt as pronounced as other PYCM bottles I have had; it came out more as it opened but was far from being a dominant character of the nose. the mouthful offered plenty of lemon, terrific acidity, and a nice finish. an very elegant, beautiful wine that wasn't as powerful as other PYCMs I've had but delicious.
