  May 7, 2021 - Excellent. PnP. Pale gold color; no signs of premox. Lemon, white stone fruit, wet stones, minerals on the nose. Hint of sulphur- in a good way- that was more pronounced at first. Lots of good lush fruit, but well balanced acidity with a slight hint of pleasant bitterness. Very grand cru as it’s seamless and full and long with no hard edges and nothing out of balance.
