  May 12, 2021 - Why not add to the conflicting list of "likes"? I get a juicy medium dry rich mouthfeel with saline, mineral follow thru and a wee hint of pith. The juicy feel is distinctive, luscious, as in keep refilling my glass. Aperitif, yes, seafood course, perfect, many main courses, why not. Figure 1 bottle per person for each course unless your guests are big drinkers.
