  May 10, 2021 - On day one, too much oak for me. It dominated the aromas and palate.
  
  After two days under a vacuvin, the oak had settled down. None on the nose, but a decent amount on the palate. The dark fruits came through, though. Nice flavors, but it needs time to integrate. The tannins are very present at this stage, so I'll let other bottles age or use them as the last bottle on a night of exuberant overindulgence.
