  May 14, 2021 - Decanted three hours. A little shy but a very pretty nose. The palate is stunning with flavors red cherry, mint, a little tar and herbs. The wine is satiny, well balanced and Burgundian. This is an early phase of maturity and will have a long life ahead of it.
