  May 15, 2021 - The fruit was faint initially, but developed to the perfect level of deep red fruit, combined with leather, tobacco and pencil lead. Slightly astringent at first, but settled down to deliver a well balanced, beautifully aged Bordeaux. Have 2 more of these and 2 85’s. Don’t expect much upside and will likely drink them all in the next 2-3 years.
