  May 15, 2021 - Medium gold in color. Beautifully delineated and powerful nose. Notes of lemon, granny smith apple, honey along with oyster shells and sea breeze. It's intoxicating. Dry on the palate, medium bodied, with great concentration and depth. Rich and oily yet crisp and focused. This could easily pass for Meursault if you don't let the acidity distract you. Great length on the mineral finish to wrap this up. Beautiful bottle. #2 WOTN
