  May 21, 2021 - Has opened a bit more since last tasting. Very sweet and hot (warm year), nose of cherry and strawberry fruit and the usual dry roses and medical gaze.
  
  Still raw tannins, that are much softer on day two however. Better than 2016’s right now - 2016 seems closing down, but will be the prefered wine in years to come. 52 bottles in stock from producer, so a favorite for me.
