  May 22, 2021 - The wine was medium purple at the core and light purple at the rim. It had no sediment and had medium viscosity, alcohol was 14.5 %.
  On the nose Cocoa, gun powder , oak and blue fruits...mostly plums.
  On the palate the wine was off dry and medium bold with Med tannins and low acid. The wine was not complex and not fruit forward.
  I tasted plum, violet and oak with some cocoa bitterness.
  It paired with with Tri Tip and roasted vegetables.
